At the peak of the party season, sometimes you need a little boost. An expresso martini, with the right amount of Amarula and caffeine is just the kind of “pep-me-up” needed to get you back into the party circuit.
Serves 1
Ingredients
1 cup ice
20ml vodka
40ml Amarula
2 shots of expresso coffee, cooled
Coffee beans, crushed
Method
1 In a cocktail shaker, add ice, vodka, Amarula and expresso.
2 Shake until combined
3 Pour into a martini glass and garnish with coffee beans.
