Ruby Gin Zinger

It’s gin for the win this summer.  Sunshine vibes are where it’s a with the sweet and sour combination of ruby red grapefruit and lemonade.

Serves 2 – 4

Ingredients
3 cups Ocean Spray Ruby Red grapefruit drink
90mls Monopolowa Gin
90mls White Rum
1 lime juiced
1 cup lemonade
Raspberries to garnish
Ruby grapefruit, sliced

Method
1 In a cocktail shaker combine grapefruit drink, gin, white rum and lime juice. Shake for 1 minute.
2 Pour into a jug, stir in lemonade and raspberries .
3 Divide between glasses and garnish with a slice of grapefruit to serve.
