Minty Moscow Mule

Minty Moscow Mule

Nothing beats a Moscow Mule on a hot summer’s day. My little trick is to start the day before, go into the garden
pick some fresh mint, pop it into an ice cube tray, add water you will have minted ice cubes. So refreshing to add these cubes to your iced tea, soft drinks and cocktails..

Serves 1

Ingredients
60ml Vodka
1 lime, quartered ice cubes
200ml Ginger beer
½ cup mint leaves

Method
1. Muddle lime quarters and vodka in a cocktail shaker.
2. Pour into a glass tumbler, add ice and top with ginger beer.
3. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.

Tip: Freeze mint leaves into large ice cubes and add to summer cocktails.
